Performing Arts
Students learn skills and an understanding of the arts through
various programs which include "Artist in Residence",
the Dunbar melodrama, a Poetry Faire, music theory, school band
& choir and more. The arts curriculum is also supported by
a strong after school enrichment program
& field/study trips.
Dunbar School has a rich tradition of art programs and a firm belief in the value of arts in the curriculum. The arts are integrated in to all parts of the curriculum and also offered after school through our After School Enrichment Program. The classes have included arts, crafts, dance, music, sports, technology, performing arts and more. Please check back for the Fall 2004 line up of classes.
